Mały zespół. Proces wzmocniony AI. Duże rezultaty.
W 4–6 tygodni robimy to, co tradycyjne studia ciągną 3–4 miesiące. Bez kompromisów jakości i niespodzianek w wycenie.
The studio grew out of a side project.
DevPilot started as an experiment: what if we put AI agents into every bottleneck of the development process? Spec parsing, boilerplate, testing, code review, documentation — everything that normally eats 40% of an engineer's time.
Turns out, AI-augmented workflow doesn't "replace the developer" — it frees up headspace for hard decisions. Routine gets delegated, the engineer focuses on architecture and product. Speed goes up 2–3×, quality stays put because every AI output is human-reviewed.
Today that's our studio: 2–3 senior engineers + an AI agent layer between us and the routine. Not a "big dev factory," but a small team with a tool that multiplies our output. So we take on projects that big studios either refuse (too small) or stretch into 6 months (because they need to keep 12 people billable).
For seed-stage founders or mid-market businesses with a specific pain point, this format fits best.
Four rules we live by.
Transparency
After the brief, the client gets the repo, Notion access, daily updates. No "we're working on it, trust us."
Speed over theory
Better to show a prototype in 5 days and iterate than to spend 2 weeks debating specs. Real feedback on a working version always beats document reviews.
ROI in every task
Every feature should explainably make money or save it. If we can't calculate ROI, we don't build it — no matter how nice it sounds.
Long relationships
We don't "ship and forget." 60% of our clients come back with new tasks. So we don't compete on price — we compete on quality.
From first call to production — four steps.
30-minute brief
A call. We understand the task, fix goals and budget. Free, no commitment.
Prototype in 7 days
A clickable version so you can feel the product, not read a spec. Doesn't land — we refund the deposit.
Week-long sprints
Each sprint = demo + your feedback. Transparent, no surprises. Budget is locked after the brief.
Release and support
One month of support included + optional support contract. Code is fully yours, no vendor lock-in.
Who we work with and who we don't.
We fit if you have:
- A startup at seed/Series A that needs to show production to investors
- A small or mid-sized business with a specific operational pain point
- An idea and a $3–80k budget for a concrete outcome
- Willingness to do a 30-min brief and weekly sprints
- A non-tech founder looking for a tech partner
We pass on:
- Crypto pump schemes, NFT mint factories, unlicensed gambling
- Projects without a clear budget ("do it free, I'll pay later")
- 6+ month full-time engagements — that's an in-house team's job
- Cloning other products with no real differentiation
- If a brief shows we don't click, we'll tell you honestly
Artur — founder and tech lead.
6 years in product development. The last 2 focused on AI-augmented workflow: built a pipeline where AI agents live at every stage from spec parsing to code review.
Team: a core of 2–3 senior engineers. We scale per project when frontend, mobile or DevOps specialists are needed. Not a "factory of 200" — every client works directly with a senior, no junior handover chain.
Direct contact — on Telegram, by email, on calls. No "the project manager will get back to you."
