DevPilot
Where it comes from

The studio grew out of its own products.

DocPilot started as an answer to an everyday problem: official letters in Sweden are hard to understand for people who have just arrived. The service reads the document and explains what to do. Today it runs on web, iOS and Android.

CryptoPilot.se is the second product: a screener and analytics for traders, a Telegram mini app, automated data collection.

Both products were built here in full — design, code, publishing, support. The studio grew out of that: doing the same kind of work for other people's tasks, with the same tools and the same care for detail.

Principles

Four rules we live by.

Transparency

Once we start, the client sees the repository and interim versions as the work goes. No “we're working on it, please wait”.

Speed over theory

Better to show a prototype in 5 days and iterate than to spend 2 weeks debating specs. Real feedback on a working version always beats document reviews.

ROI in every task

Every feature should explainably make money or save it. If we can't calculate ROI, we don't build it — no matter how nice it sounds.

Long relationships

We don't “ship and forget”. After delivery — 14 days of changes, then support under contract if you need it.

Process

From the first message to delivery.

01

You describe the task

By email or Telegram. We clarify details and, if needed, look at your current site or process.

02

Price and deadline in writing

Before work starts: exactly what gets done, what it costs, by which date. That is the agreement.

03

We build and show as we go

Interim versions along the way, changes from your feedback. Transparent, no “wait for the release”.

04

Delivery and 14 days of changes

14 days of changes after delivery at no extra cost. Code, domain and access are yours. Support under contract after that, if you need it.

Transparency

Who we work with and who we don't.

We fit if you have:

  • A startup at seed/Series A that needs to show production to investors
  • A small or mid-sized business with a specific operational pain point
  • An idea and a $3–80k budget for a concrete outcome
  • Willingness to do a 30-min brief and weekly sprints
  • A non-tech founder looking for a tech partner

We pass on:

  • Crypto pump schemes, NFT mint factories, unlicensed gambling
  • Projects without a clear budget ("do it free, I'll pay later")
  • 6+ month full-time engagements — that's an in-house team's job
  • Cloning other products with no real differentiation
  • If a brief shows we don't click, we'll tell you honestly

Who does the work

Artur — founder and developer.

Product development: web, mobile apps, bots, integrations with AI models. Both studio products are his work, from the first line to store publishing.

When a project needs it, a designer or copywriter joins — because the task calls for it, not to pad the estimate.

Direct contact by email and Telegram. No managers between you and the person doing the work.
